POLYTONE-AK is a one-package, thixotropic enamel on acrylic
base.
Enamel is designed for anticorrosion protection of building and industrial
metal structures and equipment in weather conditions of all macroclimate
regions, types and categories of placement.
POLYTONE-AK enamel is used as protective and decorative anticorrosion
finishing material in complex systems of anticorrosion protection
along with zinc-rich primers ZINOL,
ZINOL-SV, ZFES,
ZINEP as well as other primers such
as acrylic, chloride-rubber, vinyl, alkyd, silicate, epoxy ones.
POLYTONE-AK coating is high resistant to exposure of UV-rays, precipitation,
it is oil-, acid- and alkali resistant (in the forms of spray), as
well as bacteria and microorganism resistant.
Thermal stability of the coating in the atmosphere conditions is up
to 120°С.
Покрытие матовое, цвета по RAL.
The enamel is applied to a clean, dry primed surface at the plant
or in the field at the temperature from -15°С up to +40°С and relative
humidity not more than 90%.
Application methods: pneumatic and airless spraying, a brush, a roller.
