PAES

PAES is a one-package protective and decorative composition
based on ethyl-silicate binder and aluminum powder.
PAES composition is used as: finishing for ZFES
composition to increase its protective and decorative properties,
as well as an independent protective and decorative coating for anti-corrosion
protection of metal structures, used in weather conditions of all
macro-climate regions, types and categories of placement; in the water
(other than potable water). PAES coating is not stable in spirit and
in a number of organic solvents.
PAES composition is applied at the plant or in the field at the temperature
from -15°С up to +40°С and relative humidity from 30 to 80%.
Application methods: pneumatic and airless spraying, a brush, a roller,
dipping. PAES composition is applied to a dry and clean ZFES
coating, which is degreased with a solvent if dirty. It is necessary
to remove dirt from the surface, degrease it and clean the surface
from rust and old paint remainder in order to use PAES as an independent
coating.
