Two-pot epoxy enamel consists of base material and curing agent. The base material represents suspension of aluminum powder and fillers in solution of modified epoxy resin with flexibilizer additive. Special polyamine resin is used as curing agent which enables the coatings to be cured at low temperatures. The enamel is thixotropic, noted for low content of organic solvents, enables to obtain thick coatings with good physical and mechanical properties. Aluminum paste used in the enamel enhances its protective properties due to the barrier effect.
